The polycarbonates mechanical properties and mechanical strength are similar with steel, but the density is just 1/4 of steel. Old series product is made from 0.8mm thick stainless steel, new series product mechanical strength equals the 3.5mm stainless steel. The new cash carrying cases mechanical strength is excellent.

2. Excellent fatigue resistance character and long service life.
Stainless steels fatigue limit is 40%~50% of its breaking strength, but the new material is 70%~80%. Fibers are forming to stop the crack from extending, so the cash safe cases fatigue resistance character is nice.
3. Safe to use.
This polycarbonate composite material made case contains thousands fibers per cm2. Considering of dynamics aspect, its typical static indeterminacy system. So, the cash carrying case will not be destroyed to pieces easily.
4. There is no electron screening by using this nonmetal material, enable the electronic management of the cash safe case in our later products updating.
5. You can set electronic label in the front of the cash carrying case.
6. Wireless signal transmission system can be installed inside it, enable the bank and the cash transit units electronic managing.
